540 New Park Road

The West Hartford Housing Authority under its real estate development arm- Trout Brook Realty Advisors- took ownership of the property at 540 New Park Avenue in early 2020. The former Acme Auto site, this property has been vacant and in disrepair for decades. 540 New Park will be a 52-unit mixed-use, mixed-income housing development with a 1,500SF retail space on the ground floor. This is set to be a $20 million investment and is expected to break ground summer 2021.
