1344 New Britain Avenue

In November, the Town approved an SDD for the Residences at Berkshire Road which once constructed will bring a new 26-unit apartment complex to the corner of New Britain Avenue and Berkshire Road. The units will be luxury apartments with 2-units designated as workforce housing by developer Pratt Street LLC. Construction is expected to begin in 2021.
